On behalf of Sambuca, I am proud to announce that we are now offering a full gluten-free/wheat-free menu.  The menu is available in the dining room, for delivery, take-out and catering, as well as for private parties.  The items include our delicious salads, appetizers, many pasta dishes, and an abundance of dinner entrees.  We also have dinner rolls and brownies!  Many of the gluten-free products are provided by Maxwell's Kitchen. 

Although Sambuca is not an an exclusively gluten-free/wheat-free environment, we have worked closely with the Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Association, and our chef and food prep staff have been trained accordingly.  Rest assured that our kitchen and prep servers have been well educated on all food handling procedures to ensure good health and good food for our gluten-free/wheat-free friends.
