Application 1: soft drinks



Within the soft drink PH range, sucralose is the most stable intense sweetener of all the choices. When choosing sucralose as an ingredient of drink, there are only a few limitations, so it can be used to prepare high quality soft drink with much lower pH level comparing to other sweeteners. Further more, Low pH level condensed drinks (for example, mineral slurry which is used to produce carbonated drinks) may be successfully produced by sucralose.         On the other hand, producing this type of condensed drinks with other sweetener has never been successful until now.
